It's the time of the season when Santa's Elf on the Shelf elves are suppose to be watching the children not creating havoc. Some Elf on the Shelf elves are leaving cookies and fun decorations while other elves, such as Jiggle are being really naughty. Our camera was able to catch Jiggle in the act. Here is Episode 2.
