Bowel Transit Test

As many of you know,  I have been having lots of problem with my stomach again. Finding a gastro doctor was the hardest part. Now that I have found a great gastro doctor its time to get nasty tests done.  The doctor I am seeing is at the Henry Ford Hospital.  We leave 3 hours away.  My gastro doctor ordered a bowel transit test. This test measures how long it takes for food to travel through the digestive tract.  She is doing tests I have never gotten done in my life.

This test requires you to swallow a capsule filled with 24 rubber band markers looking markers that show up on an x-ray.

Two weeks before Thanksgiving on a Wednesday I went to the hospital to swallow the capsule.  I instructed not to take any laxatives a week before and during the test. The doctor wants to see how your system works naturally. In five days you will return to get the x-ray.  If all twenty-four markers are still in your system they will you come back two days later.

Monday I received my first x-ray.  The nurse told me all 24 markers are in my system. Eighteen of them are still in my stomach and five of them just entered my small bowel. Because none of them passed I had to go back on Wednesday (Day before Thanksgiving).

Got up traveled three hours to get my second x-ray. The nurse they still see twenty-two rubberbands. Two are still seen in the stomach and eighteen are in a cluster in the small bowel and two are seen entering the colon. Two of them they can't find, but they don't think I passed it. They just think it just not showing up or hiding behind stool.  Colon Transit test was an easy test to do. There was no discomfort.

It will be interesting to hear what the diagnose is.

Now the next test I have to get done is Endoscopy with Camera Capsule placement and a colonoscopy

I Was Sexual Assaulted By My Boyfriend

This is really hard for me to write up, but I felt maybe this might help some other women out there.

My relationship ended. You might be thinking what happened? Well, it is the big word SEX. Sex can be a wonderful thing in a relationship, but it also makes a relationship go south very quickly. My boyfriend, who I've known for only 4 months couldn't wait to have sex with me. I am glad he was physically and emotionally attracted to me.  Me on the other hand. wanted to wait at least a year.  I feel sex should be given to someone you really know well. I only knew him for one month and he tried pushing me into having sex.  He would get really frustrated with me and would try to force it on me. For instance, we were watching a TV marathon in July watching TURN Revolutionary Spy. He kept kissing me and getting on top of me. I then pushed him away and said "no", but within another thirty-minutes he tried it again.  I fell fake fell asleep on the couch in hopes he would stop, but he didn't.  Instead, he started touching my private parts. The next second he started pulling my pants down to stick his private part down my pants. I quickly woke up and pushed him away.  I look back at thinking how much of an idiot I was. I should have left, but I didn't. A tornado saved me.  I couldn't believe what he did. For me, I didn't think about it being sexual assault because I thought maybe a guy does that when he is soo in love with you. In my lifetime, I have only had one relationship. I will tell you that story some other time.  I was completely shocked. This guy is amazing guy he puts up with me not feeling good, he went to many of my doctors' appointments and even played cards with my grandma. How will I find another guy like this? This was the stupidest thought. I should have respected myself and left this relationship a lot sooner.  I was too afraid I won't find a guy that understands my health conditions. This was stupid because he didn't think about my health condition he thought about himself. He always was telling me he is sexual frustrated. He knew I wasn't on birth control, so he made a comment, "You will have to go on birth control or you will have to have anal sex because I don't like wearing a condom."  Puppy love is evil because I shouldn't have walked out of this relationship right then and there.

I ended up having a tubal ligation surgery. I didn't do it because of him. I did it because my OBGYN doctor felt it would help my endometriosis plus it would be very dangerous for me to get pregnant. I might want kids in the future, but I don't want to go through the pregnancy part of it. My doctor reassured me I still will produce eggs so I can still have a baby that looks like me and my husband.

One week before surgery I was outside kissing him good-bye he starts to grind on me. Soon I found myself being held down with him trying to put in my pants. I yelled, "STOP STOP. I don't want to." He still kept it up. I quickly twisted out of it. It was weird time slowed down for a second and I saw his face and it was evil. I felt he didn't look at me as a human being with feelings. I felt he looked in the zone of forcing me so he could have pleasure. The next second,  he said, "Please. Please." while pulling me closer to him. I pushed him away and said, "N-O-. NO. I shouldn't have to tell you more than once."

Again, I was stupid for staying with him. I should have told my mom what he did and reported him. That would have been the smartest thing. I was so caught up thinking I won't find someone who will accept me for having lots of health problems. I now understand he didn't love me because if he did truly love me he would have been patient and waited till I was ready. If he loved me he wouldn't have forced himself on me or keep pushing me into doing it when I told him I wasn't ready.

While I was healing up from the surgery I noticed something different about my him. He didn't want to kiss me or really even hug me. He didn't plan out when we will see each other next.  He was also texting me a lot less. Usually, I would get an "I love you" text in the morning, one at lunch and then one when he got home from work. I was barely getting one when he got home from work.

Finally, I couldn't take it anymore and asked him what is going on. Our conversation ended up a little like this:

ME: What is going on? Are you okay?

HIM: What do you mean?

ME: You have been acting funny? You haven't kissed me much when we see each lately.

HIM: Oh yeah, well I just feel like we don't have much in common.  Plus, its not fair for me if I kiss you and we don't go to the next step.

ME: What?

HIM: Your kisses make me all riled up, but we never end up having sex. It is easier for me to just avoid them to not get all hot and bothered. I can't help myself that I am really attracted to you. Plus, I have been really thinking about the future and we don't have anything in common.

ME: What do you mean by not having anything in common?  We both like movies, Netflix marathons, video games.

HIM: Yes we like video games, but you play Wii and I play XBox.

ME: Yeah, four years ago my grandma bought me the Wii.  I don't have the money to get an Xbox. I have asked you many times we should play together.

HIM: I understand that, but the games I play you need another Xbox.

Me: That's not my fault.

HIM: You don't understand football.

ME: So that doesn't mean I don't like watching it. I ask you all the time when you are over on Sundays what the score is.

HIM: Well, I just don't understand why you don't sleep over or have me sleep over at your place with you. You slept with your last boyfriend.

ME: What? I NEVER slept over at my ex-boyfriend. He slept over at my place for two weeks while we were trying to find him an apartment because he was a homeless veteran. When he was at my place he slept on the couch in the family room.

HIM: I just assumed.

ME: Next time ask me don't assume.

HIM: I don't like theater and film production  is your passion.

Me: Theatre, Film & TV is my career. I am lucky my career is my passion, but I don't expect you to like my career. I don't like chemical blending.

Him: I like going to the beach and you don't.

Me: I love going to the beach. I just have to be careful with getting over heated. I would have to go on a day when it isn't 86 or higher degree day. Or if I do I might need to take a break in an air-conditioned place for a little bit, but I love going to the beach with my umbrella a good book and a radio. I don't mind putting my feet in the water.

HIM: I love swimming and I don't want to leave you by yourself because that isn't very nice.

ME: I am telling you its okay. If I told you I would be bored and hate being myself then yes that wouldn't be very nice.

HIM: I wouldn't be able to have any fun with you sitting on the beach while I am in the water.

ME: I know what will make me happy and what won't. You don't have the right to think you know what will or won't make me happy.

HIM: My ex-girlfriend hated me going to the beach because she had body image issues and didn't like if I looked at other girls. It's human nature to look at other gorgeous girls. I wouldn't do anything.  I am not the most handsome guy, so no worries.
(He is right. He isn't very handsome. But looks aren't everything).
I didn't get to go swimming much at my dad's because I was with you.

ME: What? I never stopped you from going over there. You only invited me to your dad's twice.

HIM: The first time you were there we couldn't go into the water because of being so hot, so I didn't go in because I didn't want to leave you by yourself.

ME: No one was in the pool. Don't blame me. The second time the pool was covered because it was fall. If you wanted to go over there on the weekend I wouldn't have stopped you.

HIM: It doesn't matter I just don't understand why you don't want to sleep over. I want to wake up next to you.

ME: If you can't control yourself with just kissing then how can you control yourself if I am lying next to you in bed.

HIM: We have been together close to 7 months now.  I have been there for you and did everything you liked to do, but you haven't done anything I want.

ME: I am always asking you if there is something you would like to do just let me know. I asked you when are we going to play Dominos with your cousins again or a game night with your brother and his fiance.  You never asked me out on a date. You never said "lets go to a movie." I don't want to be like your ex-girlfriend and make you buy things for me all the time. I don't have the money to go out and do things. I'm on an extremely tight budget.

(When we first started seeing each other he told me about his ex. He said she was always keeping him busy and spending his money. That was one of the main things he couldn't stand about her. He told me he enjoys just kicking back at home and relax watching Netflix. )

HIM: If I asked you then I don't mind spending the money. I just don't understand why don't want to sleep over. I want you so bad and I don't understand why you don't feel the same.
(He never asked me.)

ME: We have not known each other for 7 months.

HIM: We started texting each other in March, but you didn't text me back until April.

Me: We didn't meet each other until the middle of June. I don't count texting dating. I count the days when we physically meet each other.  You don't have to have sex to show someone you really love them. Sex only makes the relationship complicated especially in the beginning of getting to know each other. If we have known each other for more than 2 years and I haven't stayed at your place or you haven't stayed at my place then I can understand. I told you when I first met you, I am a sex after married kind of gal.

HIM: I just don't think we have anything in common. I love you so much and like you so much, but I just think we should move on.

(After realizing I was selling myself to him which you shouldn't do.  Don't do it girls. Just walk away, especially if its a guy who is making feel like you should be doing something you aren't comfortable with. )

ME: You are right. We don't have anything in common.

HIM: Yes, I have a really high sex drive, but I just don't want you to think its all about sex.

(I'm laughing after reading that comment. It was because he totally wasn't getting any.)

ME: It hard for me not to think it isn't all about sex because that is what you keep going back to. May I ask you, when did you have sex with your ex-girlfriend?

HIM: We had sex the first week we met. She was my first relationship and she had a high sex drive. I never had a high sex drive until I met her.

ME: When did she move it with you?

HIM: 3 months

ME: Wow. Did that work out for you?

HIM: No not really. I just don't like being alone.

ME: I am sorry you don't want to be alone, but lying to a woman isn't the answer. You told me you like going to see theater shows and had fun being on a film set. You told me you hated that your ex-didn't let you play your video games.  I didn't complain when you wanted to spend the weekend playing your games.   You told me you like to do Netflix marathons. Plus, I follow my psychologist advice and she said a relationship will be a lot healthier if you don't rush into having sex and moving in with each other.

Usually, when you get dump especially getting dump from text messages you cry and are upset. I wasn't upset and I didn't cry. Deep down I felt relief and happy. I should have listened to my gut way before this. After telling my experience to my psychologist I knew God was truly looking out for me.
After talking out the situation with my psychologist,  I now understand that he sexually assaulted me not once but four times.

Please, I beg you don't do what I did. Leave.

Here are things I learned:

- If he says "I love you" the second week you know each other move on and leave.
- If he starts touching you without your permission. Leave and don't look back.
- You tell him you don't want to rush into things and would  like to take it slow, but he doesn't listen to you. Leave and don't look back.
- Test your boyfriend out by pretending to fall asleep. If he touches your private areas while you sleep. Get up and leave. Tell him, "If you don't respect my body than you don't deserve me." Don't look back.
- If he holds you down and tries to put his privates on you. Yell, "Stop" If he doesn't stop push him away and call 911. Make sure you report him no matter what.  Leave him and don't look back.

I didn't really want to write this because it is such a private topic,  but I wish I knew what I know now.

Here are some books I felt helpful:

Energy Touch Healing

Healing is something I always need. I am a very spiritually opened person. Having died in 2007 which allowed me to see Heaven, my spirit guide and an angel,  I know where our souls go. You can believe what you want to believe, but I have seen it.

A friend of mine told me about this school called EnergyTouch Healing

"EnergyTouch® is an off-the-body multidimensional healing process that allows the EnergyTouch® Practitioner to access outer levels of the human energy field. It is based on the understanding that the human energy field is a dynamic system of powerful influences, in unique relationship to physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. This system consists of the field (aura), chakras (energy centers) and the energy of the organs and systems of the body.
We readily accept the many ways that our body functions and is powered by energy. Our heart beats using energy pulses. Our brain and nervous system communicates with our entire body through complex energetic pathways. Our human energy field is constantly reacting in response to the physical and emotional and spiritual needs of our body.
EnergyTouch® is distinctive in the field of energy healing in that the work takes place in a more expanded energy field allowing the practitioner to work on a cellular level. Our work includes accessing an energetic hologram of the physical body, which is a unique and vital aspect of EnergyTouch® Healing. This energetic hologram acts as a matrix connecting the energies of the outer levels of the field precisely with the physical body on a cellular level. EnergyTouch® practitioners are skillfully capable of moving fluently throughout the levels of the human energy field, to access and utilize outer level energies to clear blocks and restore function at the most basic cellular level.
Another significant focus of EnergyTouch® Healing is on the emotional and spiritual influences that may contribute to the client’s illness and subsequent recovery. EnergyTouch® healings help reveal the energetic interrelatedness of all aspects of health and wellbeing.
Facilitating the client’s connection to guidance is another essential tool to help them achieve balance and access to the personal power necessary to implement life changes and gain access to their vast healing capacity.
EnergyTouch® has been used to support and manage conditions that are extremely challenging to the medical world. It is effective as an independent therapy and is also extremely successful as an adjunct therapy to traditional healthcare. EnergyTouch® healing is very supportive for clients in all phases of traditional medical care and treatment. Areas of particular success include, but are not limited to: Surgical Support (Pre, Intra, Post-op); Cancer Treatment and Recovery; Autoimmune Conditions; Emotional and Psychological Conditions; Infectious Disease; Pregnancy and Fertility Issues; Respiratory, Digestive, and Endocrine Conditions; and much more."

When you sign up to receive their email newsletter you get their upcoming events, such as the free healings. Free healings are for their current senior students to have a person to work on for practice.
A year ago I decided to try it out. It won't hurt to try anything to make me feel better.  The nice thing about the free healings is you are saving over $100. Practitioners can charge anywhere from $75 or more. I learned they can do the healings over the phone.

I have now done the feel healing sessions three times now.

I went in for a free healing and the student I was suppose to have work on me couldn't make it in, so I ended up with the owner of the school, Tricia Eldridge, working on me.
Tricia Eldridge
Your EnergyTouch® practitioner requires no physical contact with you during a session. Private sessions are performed in a quiet, comfortable setting, with the client fully clothed. You will be asked to set a clear intention for your healing. Oftentimes your practitioner will talk with you while the session is in progress to explore underlying issues that may be influencing your physical or emotional health. At other times you may drift off to sleep. All work is done off the body, and yet clients often report an awareness of the work that is being performed and its location. A typical session will last approximately one hour with time available before the session to review health history, answer questions, and afterward to talk about the experience and findings of both your practitioner and yourself. The primary goal is to create an energetic and physical improved state of being on a personal level, and to begin to manifest long-standing physical results. Sessions can be done in person, or at a distance.

What to expect?

You are given a release form to sign. The students (practitioners) come out to get you. You are taken into a quiet, comfortable setting. Usually its a large room with 12 message tables covered with comfortable clean blankets. The student practitioner discusses your medical history and what conditions you would like them to work on. For me, I asked for her to work on my Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy and Celiac Disease.  They turn on some very peaceful music and you crawl underneath the blankets. All of the work is done off the body and you are fully clothed. You may fall asleep during the healing session. I usually don't. I spend most of my time trying to tell myself to not think about anything.
A typical session will last approximately one hour with time available before the session to review health history, answer questions, and afterward to talk about your experiences and findings of both your practitioner and yourself.

During the session, for me, I felt a tingling sensation throughout my body. There are even times when my body felt numb. This time I even felt like I was being lifted up off from the table. Sometimes my heart sped up. I always see bright lights and colors flashing. Everyone experience the healing session differently. This session with Tricia Eldridge, I had a lot more intense feelings than from previous session with the students.

Once they are finished they give you a couple of minutes to wake up and sit up. They bring you a glass of water. While you drink the water they discuss what they worked on and answer any questions you have.
"The primary goal is to creat an energetic and physical improved state of being on a personal level, and to begin to manifest long-standing physical results."
I haven't gotten a "long-standing physical results" because I only do the free sessions, which is two to three times a year.

If you really want to see results, like with anything, you will need to go to more than one sessions a month. At least every other week for three months and then once every three weeks. Something like that.

Usually, I feel lighter and have a lot more energy. If I could afford it I would go every other week or at least once a month, but  I can't afford it so I only do it when they have the free training session healings.

What did I learn from Tricia Eldridge session?
For me, she worked on my circulation. My spirit guide told her to focus on nervous system before anything else.  She was also shown I have three life contracts.  Normally a person enters into life with only one contract. Well, not me. I have three.  My first contract, should have been the only one, went into a second contract when I decided to come back after dying in 2007.  As we speak, my spirit guide told her they changing my second contract. I have a feeling I know why. I have been begging and praying I want to be done with this life. I was stupid for coming back and have learned my lesson.
They also mentioned to her a book. I have seen 3 mediums and 2 healers and they all mention a book. I think they are telling me I should write my life experience in a book. I have started writing it, but now I am thinking I should finish it.

After your EnergyTouch session
You may experience some if not all of the following:

  • A decrease or elimination of pain and other physical symptoms
  • An increase in your energy level
  • A deeper connection with your intuitive nature or guidance
  • An increased sense of peace and ability to manage your life with greater ease.
  • An increased awareness of the emotional and spiritual components of your physical issues
  • An increased ability to stay grounded and meditate
  • A decrease in feeling of stress
  • A decrease in symptoms of viruses bacteria and allergens.
I would highly suggest checking it out yourself. CLICK HERE

This morning, the blood vampires took 15 vails of my blood. Tuesday I saw an Endocrinologist to figure out the possible reasons why I keep lose weight and irregular menstrual cycle.  She ordered blood tests to check my:
  • Vitamin B12
  • Methylmalonic Acid:  This can help diagnose an early or mild vitamin b12 deficient. MMA is a substance produced in very small amounts in the body. It is necessary for metabolism and energy production.
  • Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy: Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium and maintain strong bones throughout your entire life. This test is the best way to monitor vitamin D levels. People who suffer from diseases  that affects the intestines such as,  Celiac Disease and Chrons Disease,  are prone to having a Vitamin D deficiency.
  • Prolactin: This is produced by the pituitary gland in the brain.Symptoms of prolactinoma in women include; unexplained headaches, visual impairment, galactorrhea, or lactation outside of childbirth or nursing, pain or discomfort during sex, abnormal growth of body and facial hair, abnormal acne.
  • Lh+FSH (FSH): Test for follicle-stimulating hormone, a hormone associated with reproduction and the development of eggs in women and sperm in men. The test may be used with other hormone tests such as luteinizing hormone (LH), testosterone, estradiol, and/or progesterone to help: Determine the cause of infertility, diagnose conditions associated with dysfunctions of the ovaries aid in the diagnosis of pituitary or hypothalamus disorders, which can affect FSH production. In women, FSH levels are also useful in the investigation of menstrual irregularities, predicting onset or confirmation of menopause.
  • Estradiol: It plays a role in; growth of the womb, fallopian tubes, and vagina, breast development, changes of the outer genitals, distribution of body fat. This test can check: 1. How well your ovaries, placenta, or adrenal glands work. 2. Signs of ovarian tumor. 3.  If male or female body characteristics are not developing normally. 4. If your periods have stopped.
  • CBC- Complete Blood Count
  • Testosterone: Testosterone is the main sex hormone in men. Although it is considered to be a “male” sex hormone, it is present in the blood of both males and females. Testosterone test may be used to help evaluate conditions such as: Delayed puberty in boys. Decreased sex drive in men and women. Erectile dysfunction in men, infertility in men and women. Hypothalamus or pituitary disorders, hirsutism and virilization in girls and women.
  • Dhea-sulfate: evaluate adrenal gland function, help diagnose tumors in the outer layer of the adrenal gland and adrenal cancer.
  • Acth, Plasma- measures the level of adrenocorticotropic hormone in the blood. It’s a hormone released from the pituitary gland in the brain. The main function of ACTH is to regulate the steroid hormone cortisol. Cortisol is released by the adrenal gland. It regulates blood pressure and blood sugar. This can help find the causes of certain hormone problems.
  • Cortisol, Am:  Cortisol is a steroid hormone produced by the adrenal glands. Whenever you experience something your body perceives as a threat, like a large dog barking at you, a chemical known as ACTH is released in your brain. This triggers your adrenal glands to release cortisol and adrenalin. It is the main hormone involved in stress and the fight-or-flight response. This is a natural and protective response. There are certain diseases, which affect the amount of cortisol your adrenal gland produces. This test is used in the diagnosis of these diseases and as a way to assess the functioning of the adrenal and pituitary glands. Addison’s disease and Cushings disease.
  • TSH:  a thyroid-stimulating hormones is used to check for thyroid gland problems. TSH is produced when the hypothalamus releases a substance called thyrotropin-releasing hormone. TRH then triggers the pituitary gland to release TSH.
  • T3:  a free or total triiodothyronine test is used to assess thyroid function. Used to diagnose hyperthyroidism and may be ordered to help monitor treatment of a person with known thyroid disease.
  • T4:  is a hormone that plays a role in several body functions, including growth and metabolism. This helps in diagnosing hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid) hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid), hypopituitarism (underactive pituitary gland), thyrotoxic periodic paralysis (occasional muscle weakness caused by high levels of thyroid hormone).
  • CMP: Comprehensive metabolic panel is a blood test that measures your sugar (glucose) level, electrolyte and fluid balance, kidney function, and liver function.
  • Ferritin: is a protein that stores iron, releasing it when your body needs it.  The greatest concentrations of ferritin are typically in the cells of the liver (known as hepatocytes) and immune system (known as reticuloendothelial cells).
  • Celiac Disease Comprehensive Panel
These are all the things my doctor is checking. I will keep you posted on results. She diagnosed me with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Pituitary and  Adrenal Failure.

I Hate Being A Woman!!!

Men have it so much easier than women do.
Here are some reasons why:

1. Monthly Sickness:
I am underweight, but I tend to get my menstrual cycle every three months, but I still get the symptoms every month. I just don't get the bleeding.  One week before my period starts I get tachycardia, fever, cramps, and back pain. Then the day before I am running to the bathroom with diarrhea. The abdominal cramping and pain are so bad I pass out. I sometimes even vomit. Another thing I get is feeling like I have to pee all the time.

2. Hormones
Different times of the month our hormones changes. This causes a variety of emotions. For me, I am less patient and angry.  One minute you feel happy and the next you want to cry.

3. Hair
Women have to shave under their arms, legs and sometimes even in places you don't want to talk about. If we don't we are looked at like we are dirty.  For me, I don't shave because of my Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy. Shaving causes severe pain for me. For me my Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy caused me to not have any hair on my legs. If there is hair it is very light because I am blonde. My under arms, on the other hand, have hair.  I usually don't shave them unless I am going to wear something that will show it.

4. Look a Certain Way
We have to leave the house with our hair looking fantastic and face clear.

5. Underwear
Bras are very uncomfortable and another thing we women have to spend money on.
Men like thongs but they aren't very good for your health.
According to the Huffington Post's article Why Your Thong May Be Bad For Your Health by Ellie Krupnick, explains the reasons why they aren't good for women. Some of the reasons are because of the shape leaving your vulva exposed.  They cause yeast and bacterial infections because they can very easily transfer harmful bacteria from your butt to your vagina. And if you wear them during your period, you may be even more likely to get an infection. It is best not to wear them often.

6. Sex
Women can't just relax and have sex because they have to fear pregnancy. Women have to worry if they might have eaten or taken something that interferes with the pill. Or if a woman has an IUD in they have to worry if it is properly in place.  It's not fair. Men don't have any consequences to worry about. If a woman gets pregnant he doesn't have to deal with the pain and suffering for 9 months and the labor. The man can just walk away. If a woman doesn't want a child they will have to get a painful abortion procedure and feel like a baby killer.

Birth Control side effects are crazy. I know I haven't found any birth control that doesn't make me really sick. I DO NOT want kids at all so I'm getting a tubal ligation surgery.

If you don't want to have sex with your partner. He gives you that "you don't love me" shit.  "I don't understand why won't you do it with me. You love me right?".  My responsive to him is " I love you but I don't want kids. Period. Sex isn't worth it."  He nags about it all the time or makes me feel really bad about it. I made a promise to myself I won't have sex until I am married. I have only been with my boyfriend for 3 1/2 months. If we were together over a year maybe, but I am still learning about him. Why am I going to risk my career and life?

9. Pregnancy/Kids:
Women are the ones who care for the child. Men make their women clean, cook and take care of the kids while they sit on their butts. Yes, they most likely go to work, but so does the women.

10. Check-Ups:
Mammograms are very painful. Getting Pap Tests are very painful and uncomfortable. Having metal instruments up your vagina isn't fun at all.

11. Menopause

12. Work Enviroment/ Pay
4 in 10 business worldwide have no women in senior management. Women earned less than men in 99% of all occupations.
According to a Forbes article, Why Most Women Will Never Become CEO by Gene Marks.  "Men can get away with more stupidity. They can make the occasional inappropriate joke and then just apologize. If a woman does that she's treated like a leper. Men can sprinkly profanity in their conversation and it endears them as one of the folks. God forbid if a woman drops an f-bomb in the office-- she's a total you-know-what (hint: it's not a snitch). Men can date women thirty years younger and get high-fives from their peers. As much as many women would like to do that they just won't. Because they can't. Men can make mistakes like this and get off with a warning. Women are held to a much higher standard. That's because the standards in today's business world are still made and enforced...by men.

Women are not allowed to make off-color jokes. They have to appear to be embarrassed by that YouTube video. They could never comment on the looks of a fellow co-worker. They shouldn't be talking about how many beers they consumed the night before. Men can do all of this with ease and not be judged by their bosses. Women cannot. This limits their ability to connect with other employees and build the kind of invisible bonds that men get to build.

A woman's physical appearance is way more under the radar than a man's. A guy can pull any one of his two or three suits out of a closet and throw it on top of the same shirt he wore the previous day. Most women in the workplace spend hours putting themselves together. They're not allowed to let their guard down, even if they're working late into the evening. Because men will judge their appearance. And make comments to each other like, "sure she's OK, but remember how she looked that night we were putting together the proposal? Yeesh!" Yes, men say that stuff. And then they let these things cloud their decision making when it's promotion time."

In a work environment, women's ideas and opinions aren't taken seriously.

13. Women Get Taken Advantage Of:
Mechanics think we are stupid.
Buying a car, homes, home repair women are more likely to be charged more and get screwed.

14. Heat- If it is really hot outside, women can't go shirtless.

These are just some of the things. I could keep on going. Men are very selfish creatures who only think about themselves and their pleasures and don't think about the women's side.
